• 4 veal T/bone steaks
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 2 tsps grated lemon rind
• ½ tsp ground garlic cloves
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Combine veal, spices, rind and olive oil in bowl.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Cook on heated oiled grill plate or barbecue until browned and cooked as desired.
- Serve with salad or vegetables.
