1. Wash all salad leaves and herbs under running water. Tear leaves and herbs apart and place in a large bowl.
  2. Thinly slice carrot and toss through green salad. Add bean sprouts.
  3. Peel green prawns leaving the tails on. Cook prawns quickly (2-3minutes) in a fry pan or on a grill. The prawns will turn orange when cooked. Do not over cook.
  4. Add prawns to salad.
  5. Combine salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and serve immediately.
