Sesame Seed Veal Schitzel


  • 6 veal cutlets (approx. 150-200 gms each)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • ½ cup parmesan
  • cheese (grated)
  • 4 Tbsps olive oil
  • 3 Tbsps sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder



  1. To make schnitzel coating, mix cheese, sesame seeds, garlic powder and oregano into a shallow dish.
  2. Dip cutlets into seed mixture, then into beaten egg, then back into mixture, making sure veal is coated.
  3. Heat oil in pan. Cook veal for a few minutes on each side until lightly browned.
