Mashed Cauliflower


  • 2 cauliflower heads broken into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sprinkle of chopped shallots to top.



  1. Steam cauliflower until tender – a fork should easily pierce it.
  2. Blend cauliflower in food processor or high powered blender till completely smooth.
  3. Add remaining ingredients until desired flavour and texture is achieved.
