Fish with Ginger Sauce


• White fleshed fish, 1 serve, approximately 100 gms
• 1 tsp powdered ginger
• 1 tsp chopped parsley
• 1 tsp lemon/lime juice
• Cracked black pepper



Sauce – Combine ginger, juice, parsley and pepper.

  1. Butter or spray a sheet of foil big enough to wrap fish into a parcel.
  2. Place fillet on foil and fold. Before sealing foil pour over fish prepared sauce.
  3. Place sealed foil package onto baking tray and cook in preheated oven 100ºC approximately 10 minutes.
