- 350 gms frozen chopped spinach
- 100 gms cottage cheese
- 6 eggs (lightly beaten)
- ½ cup grated mild cheese
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Thaw and drain spinach, squeezing out any excess liquid.
- Lightly grease a casserole dish or suitable baking dish. In a mixing bowl, blend together spinach, cottage cheese, butter, eggs, grated cheese, nutmeg and pepper.
- Pour mixture into baking dish.
- Cook for 1 hour.
