Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast halves (approx. 150-200 gms each)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 6 shallots (finely chopped)
- ½ cup lite soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 cup low-fat low-sodium
- chicken broth
- 2 tsps sesame oil
- 2 tsps honey
Method
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except chicken.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.
- Grill chicken both sides. Cook until no trace of pink remains.
