Beef & Veggie Rolls


  • 12 thick slices rare roast beef
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 celery stick julienned
  • 1 small cucumber julienned
  • 1 tsp of wholegrain, hot english or french mustard
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds.



  1. Spread each slice of roast beef carefully with a small amount of mustard.
  2. Place an assortment of julienned vegetables lengthways along the beef, and roll
  3. Place each roll on a serving platter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
