Asparagus Omelette


  • 16 sticks asparagus
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 8 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika



  1. Cut asparagus into 2cm pieces.
  2. Meltbutter in pan.
  3. Add asparagus and cook on medium heat until heated through.
  4. Beat eggs with salt and pepper and pour into pan.
  5. Cover and cook until eggs are set.
  6. Remove and place on platter, garnishing with paprika.
