Hommus Dip


  • 400g tin of chickpeas
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil



  1. Drain chickpeas and keep liquid aside
  2. Blend chickpeas, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil on low speed in a blender or food processor.
  3. Slowly add chickpea liquid until desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Serve with vegetable sticks of celery, carrot, cucumber, capsicum – all of your favourites!
