Crab Cakes


•225 gms crabmeat (drained and flaked)
•1 garlic clove (crushed)
•½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
•½ tsp parsley (finely chopped)
•1 egg
•Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Combine crabmeat, garlic, cheese parsley, egg, salt & pepper into mixing bowl and form into small balls.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry each side until golden brown.
