- 1kg beef steak, fat trimmed, cut into strips
- 1 Tsp salt
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- Pepper to taste
- Melt butter in pan and fry onion, add meat and cook until almost done.
- Add sliced mushrooms and continue frying until meat is tender.
- Pour sour cream, season to taste and heat through gently.
