Keto Plan – no fruit

Why you can’t have fruit on the Keto Plan.

Although fruit is very nutritious, it is also high in calories, carbohydrates and sugars. As a result, fruit must be avoided on the Keto Program to ensure that carbohydrate restriction is maintained under the ketosis level of 60-70 grams per day.
The Keto Program is nutritionally complete, and therefore the nutrition of fruit is not required.
